In collaboration with Magna Vox, Da Viking Code designed and developed En Coulisse (Behind the Scenes), an online serious game for 13–18 year olds. The goal: to explore the backstage world of live performances and music professions by following Yuna, a curious teenager, through the halls of La Vapeur, a concert venue in Dijon.
Players explore situations inspired by real life, where their choices and analyses influence the progression and understanding of different professions:
• Discovering professions: stage manager, booking agent, communication officer, sound technician, artistic director…
• Career paths and orientation: a playful and immersive format to understand real-world challenges, required skills, and possible pathways.
• Interactive storytelling: scripted choices and a dynamic pace to fully engage with the world of music and culture.
